Spectro Cloud nets $75M to help companies manage their Kubernetes installations
Kubernetes has seen widespread adoption, with 60% of organizations using it and over 90% expected to run it in production by 2026. However, Kubernetes remains complex to manage, with 54% of developers saying it slows down their employer.

Spectro Cloud provides software to help manage Kubernetes, offering storage, networking, security, and other layers to simplify Kubernetes deployments across on-premise, multi-cloud, and edge environments.
Spectro Cloud has raised $75 million in Series C funding, bringing its total raised to $160 million and valuing the company at $750 million. The new funding will support product development and partnerships, particularly in edge and AI use cases.
Spectro Cloud's customers include GE Healthcare, T-Mobile, Nokia, and the U.S. Airforce and Navy. The company competes with vendors like Akuity, Loft Labs, and IBM's Kubecost, but sees strong traction in the public sector and defense markets.
